Christelle chairs a research group in the Institute of Plant Sciences at the University of Bern. She is an Assistant Professor in Chemical Ecology and the holder of a prestigious ERC Starting Grant.

The Swiss Plant Science Web (spsw.ch) is the umbrella organization for plant science research and education at universities in Switzerland. Each group leader at a Swiss university is portrayed with a personal research portfolio. To date, the SPSW website showcases more than 130 member portfolios.
