All IPBES stakeholders, and their respective networks, are invited to attend the Stakeholder Day prior to the ninth session of the Plenary of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (#IPBES9), on Saturday, 2 July 2022, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., (CEST) at World Conference Center, Bonn, Germany.  Please aim to arrive early – registration opens at 8 am and the first presentation will start at 9:00 with no delay to allow the completion of the full program for the day.

After two years of pandemic restrictions, we are pleased to be planning to see you in person again, should you be able to make it to Bonn. The #IPBES9 Stakeholder Day will include, among others, a briefing and discussion about the #IPBES9 agenda and key topics, presentations by authors of the draft IPBES assessment report on the plural values of nature and by the authors of the draft IPBES assessment report on the sustainable uses of wild species, as well as presentations by IPBES stakeholders about activities in support of the IPBES work programme. Stakeholder Registration Protocol
Registration to attend Stakeholder Day is separate from the accreditation and registration process for the IPBES Plenary session. Successful registration for Stakeholder Day does not grant access to the Plenary session. Registration is required to attend the Stakeholder Day.
